About Us AirEau Fittings Ltd

Established in 1989 to provide a wide range of accessories for the water filter market.

Our range of fittings accessories, taps, water filters, scale reduction filters, air filters and experience is extensive.

Network Marketing Support (NMS) is a trade name of AirEau Fittings Ltd.

NMS has been providing a wide range of support material and ancillary services to the UK Network Marketing industry since 1989.

These services include:

· Mobile shop at trainings, seminars, road shows, regionals, business meetings and corporate conventions.

· Mail order service Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

· Over the counter service

· Co-operative discounts

· Sourcing of speakers

· Printing i.e. books, business stationery etc

· Company approved 'logoed' clothing

Sales Aids:

· Network marketing books, booklets, audios/CDs and CD sets, videos and DVDs

· Motivational and self-development books, booklets, audios/CDs and CD sets, videos and DVDs

· Foreign books - French, Italian, German and Dutch.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling Small UK orders are subject to minimum delivery charge of £2.00 + VAT. Postal charges will vary depending on weight (upto a maximum of 2kg) with Royal Mail, thereafter next day courier charges starting at £8.00 + VAT will apply.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 7 days.
Back Orders Our policy is to only charge you when we actually post out the back order. If the back order is part of a larger order, this item will be sent free of postage & packing.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee 3-year water filters are guaranteed for 1 year, thereafter, on a pro-rata basis. Accessories are guaranteed for 1 year.

Privacy Policy We undertake to treat any dealings with our customers (individual or corporate) in the strictest of confidence. Our data base is not sold, lent or shown to any outside agencies.
Returns Policy We will accept purchases back - within 30 days of purchase - but they must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Returned item(s) must be undamaged and returned at the buyer's expense. A restocking charge of 15% will be charged on items returned.
Remittance Terms We require payment before dispatching any orders.
